How Level 3 Covid Restrictions Affects Our Service
You are probably aware by now that as of this weekend, Donegal has been placed on Level 3 restrictions to control the spread of Covid-19 in the county. So, we can continue to provide takeaway services but sit-down dining will be limited under Level 3.
At the Travellers Inn, our priority is to keep our customers, staff and communities safe so we will be sticking strictly to the guidelines. But we will also work hard to keep our commitment to providing a quality service to our customers.
Takeaway Services at Travellers Inn Under Level 3
You can continue to order by phone as normal on (074) 916 3499. But to make things even safer and easier, we have also introduced a new online order service for takeaway food.
So from this weekend, you can order and pay for takeaway from our website here . Just look through our tasty takeaway menu, which includes our pizza menu too. Then select your main meals from this menu. You can also select your side orders and add extras like another side or extra sauces or gravy.
When your order is complete, you simply pay online and your order is processed by us. All you have to do then is collect it with no waiting around to pay when you get here. This reduces the level of contact between customers and staff which is safer for everyone.
Sit-Down Dining in Donegal Under Level 3
Dining at Travellers Inn is still permitted under Level 3 restrictions but for outdoor dining alone. We are fortunate to have a large outdoor dining and beer garden area. There is plenty of seating, a built-in bar, a covered area – for rainy days – and a TV if you need to catch the match.
However, please note that outdoor dining under Level 3 is restricted to a maximum number of 15 people in total. This means for our entire outdoor area, not 15 people per group. For enquiries or to book, please call us on +353 74 9163499.
Other Level 3 Restrictions
Please continue to wear a mask if you are coming to collect your takeaway order or arriving for outdoor dining. For details of other Level 3 restrictions, you can view the guidelines for Donegal here. Stay safe and stay well!
